立面采用法式古典主义建筑形式和风格特征，外观造型严谨独特，普遍应用古典柱式，内部装饰丰富多彩，立面颜色稳重大气。建筑外墙采用先进贴砖工艺，廊柱、雕花、线条等细节处理精细考究，于自然中透露华贵。
建筑布局及景观的处理以尊重自然、追求真实的艺术形式为宗旨。总体布局采用点式与单元式建筑相结合，满足人们的各种不同的需求；南北向平行或间隔穿插布置，既符合当地的气候特点，又保证各栋住宅拥有良好的景观视野，空间构成灵活丰富而又不失整体性。
